Settings & Organization Management

The AI-Horizon console features standard configuration controls to govern workspaces, API access, and user role authorizations.

1. Organization Management

Administrators can add members, manage organization structures, and edit user configurations. User permission mappings include:

• Owner: Full system control, billing administration, organization deletion.
• Administrator: Full project setup capabilities, user additions/invitations, security configuration management.
• Developer: Read/write code configurations, create prebuilt and workflow agent instances, run API tests.
• Project-Manager: View dashboard logs, examine trace files, request report summaries.

2. API Key Management

To authenticate locally deployed enterprise SDKs or connect your custom scripts to AI-Horizon servers, you generate and assign unique API keys.

• Workspace API Keys: Generated inside settings panels to authenticate requests mapping to specific active project environments.
• Deletions & Rotations: Access credentials can be rotated or deleted instantly, revoking SDK connections dynamically.

3. Account Settings

Configure profile details (profile pictures, contact emails, security parameters) and manage personal notification metrics. All profile updates utilize standard multi-part payload formats uploaded to the static upload folder /api/uploads/.
